The Role
We are seeking a motivated graduate with a technical, engineering, scientific, or quality-related background who also has a strong interest in business operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across logistics, quality management, and operational processes while building a long-term career within a growing organisation.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of logistics activities, maintain quality and compliance records, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics and Operations- Arrange transport bookings for pallets, IBCs, drums, and other products.
- Coordinate tanker bookings and transport schedules.
- Obtain and maintain proof of delivery documentation.
- Manage the collection and return of used IBCs from customers.
- Maintain accurate asset receipt and goods-out records.
- Ensure transport and logistics records are complete and up to date.
- Participate in stock takes and inventory management activities.
Quality and Compliance
- Maintain quality records and documentation in line with company procedures.
- Support internal audit activities and quality management processes.
- Assist with compliance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure records are maintained accurately using the company’s CRM and management systems.

- Salary of £28,000 per annum for the right candidate.
